Your role at BRE

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Project Engineer.

  • Coordinating and managing all phases of certification and certification maintenance projects, from start to finish. 
  • Monitoring project progress and ensure successful project completion. 
  • Providing technical guidance and support to clients and colleagues. 
  • Responding to email inquiries, redirecting, and categorising as necessary. 
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues from other teams. 
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations; Staying updated on changes to standards and regulations. 
  • Coordinating testing and certification processes. 
  • Preparing and submitting documentation and applications to certification and regulatory authorities. 
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to product certification. 
  • Preparing reports and communicating certification statuses to management and authorities. 
  • Coordinating travel and accommodations needed for project completion. 
  • Providing technical guidance and support on certification requirements and processes. 
  • Overseeing the withdrawal and suspension of certificates, notifying clients, and handling communication for product information, quotes, and certificates. 
  • Attending internal and external audits. 
  • Occasional travel to customer sites and Ireland office. 

Your profile

Some skills that will be necessary for this position include;

  • PC literate, including Excel and Word.  
  • Experience with regulatory bodies and certification processes. 
  • Proficiency in documentation and technical writing. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills  
  • Critical thinking and a collaborative approach to teamwork.  
  • Adaptability to handle various tasks and situations effectively. 
  • Competence in project management practices
