Your role at BRE 

This position is integral to the success of BREEAM's audit and reporting processes. As the Planning, Scheduling, and Reporting Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and management of the team, ensuring that our operations are streamlined to meet both current needs and future demands. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing development of our planning and reporting systems, driving continuous improvements, and optimising efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the planning and scheduling team to ensure flexibility, resilience, and performance that align with business goals. 
  • Develop and manage transparent schedules, mid-term plans, and long-term scenario models for BREEAM schemes. 
  • Report performance data, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Drive and participate in key business meetings, such as Sales Operations and Planning, to provide performance reports and forecasts. 
  • Manage external contract auditors and ensure they meet performance and contractual requirements. 
  • Develop and report on KPIs, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness. 

Your Profile 

  • Significant leadership and management experience in planning, scheduling, or reporting at a senior level, ideally in complex, multi-channel or multi-product environments. 
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and implementing Operational Excellence principles such as Lean Six Sigma (preferred). 
  • Strong experience in developing and reporting KPIs to various stakeholders and addressing challenges that arise from performance data. 
  • Proven ability to manage teams, fostering flexibility and resilience while leading strategic planning functions. 
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on sustainability, customer satisfaction, and accountability. 

 

Skills and Competencies: 

  • Leadership and team management in a scheduling or operational environment. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the business. 
  • Proficiency in automated scheduling and planning tools, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. 
  • A passion for continuous improvement and driving efficiency across the business.
