Your role at BRE

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as an Operations Licensing Coordinator. Some of the essential duties in this role will include:

  • Processing licensing applications for various schemes and organisations.
  • Reviewing assessor competence and qualifications to make accreditation decision to issue licence agreements.
  • Assist with monitoring and processing of licence renewals, suspensions, withdrawals and terminations. 
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer contracts (licences), applications and evidence to support the applications within the BREEAM systems, databases and websites.  
  • Raising invoices and credit notes for fees relating to assessor licence agreements. 
  • Maintaining accurate assessor listings on BREEAM databases and websites. 
  • Liaising with customers daily – responding to queries relating to licensing, registrations whilst maintaining good customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Live chat with external stakeholders. 
  • Handling escalated queries and complaints in line with the quality procedures.  
  • Carrying out business support, commercial and operational tasks to support the BPS schemes and businesses. 
  • Assisting with financial queries regarding invoices and licence fees. 
  • Registering assessments for multiple scheme types. 
  • Carrying out business support and operational tasks to support the BREEAM business.
  • Liaising with the Operations Manager, Operations Team Leaders, licensing manager, coordinators, and business support staff within the team and collaboratively working with certification, finance, training and BREEAM technical teams. 
  • Manage systems and procedures that ensure quality compliance against various quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17065, etc).

Your profile

Some skills that will be necessary for this position include:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential.
  • Proven experience dealing with contracts, agreements or licences
  • Experience in compliance with ISO quality procedures. 
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential records with the ability to gain security clearance as needed.   
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation skills. 
  • Ability to manage a busy workload. 
  • Quick learner with a ‘can do’ attitude. 
  • Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to work without supervision and with little guidance. 
  • Professional and courteous customer liaison. 
  • Ability to follow standard procedures. 
  • A team player.
