At BRE, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Academy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive revenue and align with our overall business objectives for the business unit.

Your role at BRE
As the Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in the growth of the BRE Academy business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support Academy’s business goals.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, PR, and traditional marketing.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and trends.
- Measure and analyse marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
Your profile
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in utilising digital and offline marketing channels.
- Creation and delivery of effective marketing plans, aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Product value analysis and target market segmentation
- Experience in multi-channel marketing management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in the sector.
- Certifications in marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
